Christina Snell is a qualified and experienced civil celebrant, creating and delivering unique and personalised ceremonies to mark life’s special events. She was awarded “Best Wedding Celebrant” for Gloucestershire in the 2017 Three Counties Wedding Awards.
Christina lives in Stroud, Gloucestershire. Prior to becoming a civil celebrant, she served as Chief Executive of Age UK Gloucestershire for nearly a decade, following a career in the Probation Service for many years, both at practitioner and senior manager level.
In her spare time she is a musician, writing songs, singing and playing guitar with her husband Chris in their duo “Peeky Blinders” and has 2 children, 5 step children and 6 grandchildren. She helped organise Stroud Fringe Music Festival between 2009 and 2014, and is currently a Trustee of the Gloucestershire Deaf Association. She is also a dancer with the Ragged and Old
