Slacks Barn, Coberley in the Cotswolds was the venue this lovely couple chose to share their vows and celebrations with friends and family. Decorated by the couple, family and friends the surroundings were a picture.
As the groom waited at the front with his best man, friends and family lined an aisle between the entrance and the ceremony area. The bridal party entered to live music. there were readings by the bride’s mother and one of her friends, as well as everyone singing “Lord of the Dance”. The couple chose traditional vows and exchanged rings.
We then had some reflective time listening to music whilst the couple and their witnesses signed a certificate to mark the occasion. We continued the reflective mood with a prayer and blessing, before finally celebrating their union as they shared their first kiss.
It was a beautiful occasion , so no wonder the bride shed a few tears of joy afterwards.
I wish them both a long and happy union.
